PHOTO DAY INFORMATION

Photo Day is coming on September 14th.  It will be held at the Belmont Sports Complex.  The schedule is finalized, so click here to order photos and check out when your team is taking photos.

Once a team is assigned a slot, it must be adhered to. We have over 60 teams taking photos with the vast majority of them playing games in the morning. We will schedule as many teams as possible into those popular morning slots, but it is inevitable that some teams will have gaps between their games and photos.

There will be a single photo make-up day, but the date is TBD as we work through coordinating available field times.  Once determined, we will notify your coaches of the date, and also publish it here.

All players must register online, even if families are not ordering photos other than the free Image Mate. Buddy photo ordering is also offered.  To register and order, click here.

                                                                               

Please print and bring the order confirmation to the photo shoot. If the paper copy is unavailable, Shooting Stars will just need a name and Order ID number written on a form provided at the photo site. They can also accommodate last-minute orders with a QR code, but things will run most smoothly by pre-ordering. 

What you will receive:
- Payers receive a Image Mate (shown above).
- Coaches receive a complimentary 5x7 “coach & player photo” with their player. Ask for a voucher at check in.
- Board Members receive a 2-5x7 Buddy Photos. Ask for a voucher at check in.

Shooting Stars is seeking volunteers on photo day. Volunteers who help for 2 hours will receive a Buddy photo voucher for 2-5x7 and 8-wallet prints. If you are interested, please email our Yearbook and Photo Day Coordinator, Tejal Desai.
